Delp Mooring is a worldwide supplier specializing in integrated offshore mooring systems for deep waters. We are the leading offshore contractor for Torpedo Pile anchors. Our focus is to provide comprehensive solutions for flowlines, flexibles, umbilicals, steel risers, subsea structures, FPSO and offshore wind farm floaters, including all engineering projects, with soil analysis, mooring analysis, project management, planning and procedures, operational installation and equipment rental.

We already conquer the environmental License Renewal; permanent Protection Area (PPA) recovery; solid waste management; industrial and Sanitary effluents treatment; Greenhouse for Seedling cultivation and Machining Oil Regeneration – Zero Waste.

Our commitments to 2023 are Maintenance of PPA preservation; Carbon emission reduction; Water use reduction; Maintenance of solid waste management; Maintenance of Machining Oil Regeneration – Zero Waste.

SOCIAL

We guarantee support and follow-up of social projects with high impact in the community, constant dialogue with nearby communities, a robust training program with over 27 hours per professional, per year, a smoke-free organization, and a young apprentice program for those in the area.  Over the next few years, we are committed to continue supporting at least 6 social projects evaluating the impact on society, create volunteering programs, maintain a training program, and improve various health and sports programs.

At Delp Mooring we pride ourselves in a strong culture of safety, completing over 1532 days without a lost time accident.  We have a compliance committee, we host “Coffee with the Board” and encourage effective participation in industrial associations and Employer’s Unions.  Our main goal is to always work with ZERO accidents and we strive to implement and observe that for all employees.  Ethics and transparency are also values we also find important.  There is an annual ethics and Compliance training program for all management and GLDP is fully implemented.

  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE): wearing a helmet, safety glasses, earplugs and appropriate shoes are mandatory in all areas inside the industry. Use them correctly and keep them in good condition.
  • Do not perform tasks without proper training: be careful with machines and do not operate them without proper training.
  • Respect the signals: pay attention to the safety signs and don’t run.
  • Communicate: all incidents in your area as well as all accidents.
  • Undergo a medical consultation: when you feel changes in your health, when requested to perform periodic exams and when you are a victim of an accident.
  • Avoid horseplay: these can distract attention from your daily activities and from your colleagues.
  • Be a professional who works safely: zero accidents can be a reality.
